Our Story

Our business began with two daring women who shared a similar passion for helping others. Both with very different life and career experiences, we realised we shared strong core values - most importantly, a love for the power of human connection and relationships. Upon collaborating, we noticed our core values aligned so much we chose to partner together to build our dream.

Our approach is grounded in acceptance and understanding. We celebrate neurodivergence, respect individual differences, cultural beliefs and create safe spaces where people feel comfortable to be their authentic selves. Community sits in the heart of everything that we do. We are passionate about breaking down barriers, advocating for inclusion, being treated equally and helping people access opportunities to thrive.

For Lucy, Occupational Therapy has never just been a profession - it has always been deeply personal, driven by a passion for helping people. She believes every person deserves compassion and respectful care regardless of their nationality, religion, culture, personal appearance, background, identity or life circumstance.

Her passion for working alongside Aboriginal and Torres strait Islander communities began many years ago and has since shaped not only her career, but the way she sees connection, health, collaboration, community and humanity itself.

Throughout her career, Lucy has worked across some of Australia's most remote and rural regions, supporting individual's and families out in community. From Cape York to remote northern communities, she has spent years learning from, listening to and walking alongside Aboriginal Torres Strait People with deep respect and groundedness.

One of the most impactful parts of Lucy's journey was her work alongside the Royal Flying Doctor Service, where she travelled to isolated and rural indigenous communities to provide essential Occupational Therapy support to people who often faced significant barriers accessing healthcare services. This work looked very different to traditional clinic based therapy and Lucy absolutely loved it.

It meant travelling long distances, adapting constantly and learning how to provide support in ways that were culturally safe, practical, flexible and meaningful for each client and their community.  It meant understanding health and wellbeing were deeply connected to family, culture, Country, community, identity and lived experience.

Lucy's work has included supporting children, adults, Elders and families across a wide range of settings. Her experience working within Aboriginal communities has strengthened her understanding of the importance of trust, relationship building, cultural respect and taking the time to genuinely listen. What Lucy values the most about her work in remote communities is not simply the clinical experience she has gained, but the relationships, stories and perspectives shared with her along the way. She speaks often about the resilience, strength, humour, connection and generosity she has witnessed within Aboriginal communities.

These experiences have profoundly shaped the therapist and person she is today. Lucy is deeply passionate about providing culturally respectful care that honors each individual's identity, strengths and lived experiences. She believes meaningful connection starts with connection first - not judgement or assumptions. Her work continues to be driven by advocacy, inclusion and genuine commitment to all of the families she works with.

Lucy is a mother of two beautiful boys. Her passion and acceptance for neurodiversity is matched with a deep understanding between lived experience and clinical knowledge that helps her connect on a deeper level with the challenges our families face. Lucy is truly grateful she gets to guide and mentor other mother's and women through life's ups and downs. â€‹â€‹

For Holly, her deep passion for children's development aligned with her experience in business operations continues to drive and motivate her to provide support for our community. She has always felt a deep, higher purpose to help others and thrives being a leader.

Her passion for all areas of Peadiatric Occupational therapy began working in Early Childhood with a deep appreciation for childhood development, neurodivergence and the incredible individuality of every child. Holly has always been drawn to understanding how children learn, connect, behave, regulate, communicate and play in everyday life in ways that feel meaningful to them.  â€‹

Alongside helping children, Holly has also held leadership and business management roles within children services, where she gained invaluable insight into the operations, management,  business structure and delivery.

Holly is a mother of three beautiful children. Throughout her own journey of motherhood she realised her passion for mentoring and guiding mother's and young women through life's challenges.

For Holly, the most meaningful part of her work is making accommodations to help those around her. Whether that be our staff, our clients, our partners or the local granny at the coffee shop. Helping others comes naturally and is her greatest purpose in the business and in life.
